myUAPB software: The myUAPB software that you are using is licensed to the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. The access and privileges you have with respect to the myUAPB software is derivative of the license granted to the Institution. The university decides, at its sole discretion, what type of access and for how long you have said access to use the software. During the time period that the Institution grants you access to the MyUAPB software, you have a limited, revocable, non-distributable and non-reproducible right to use the software. The myUAPB software contains other software and/or applications that have with it specific licenses. The current list of the software and/or applications and the licenses relative thereto are listed below. By using the myUAPB software, you are subject to these license restrictions for the following software and/or applications: Software may contain Java technology. You may not create additional classes to, or modifications of, the Java technology, except under compatibility requirements available under a separate agreement available at www.java.net.Sun supports and benefits from the global community of open source developers, and thanks the community for its important contributions and open standards-based technology, which Sun has adopted into many of its products. Please note that portions of Software may be provided with notices and open source licenses from such communities and third parties that govern the use of those portions, and any licenses granted hereunder do not alter any rights and obligations you may have under such open source licenses, however, the disclaimer of warranty and limitation of liability provisions in this Agreement will apply to all Software in this distribution.
